This is subjective because it is over a short period of time and everyone uses their PV differently.
However, of 7 cartomizers I started with I noticed 2 things that affected their life:
1. Using only 1 liquid. This may be that the liquids I used more than one of were "dirtier" or were more prone to clogging the cartomizer, but either way, when I switched flavors (i.e. started with cherry, changed to a strawberry after vaping the cherry for example), that was usually the last time I could refill.
2. Overfilling messed with my atomizers, but it seems to do more to the cartomizers. I usually fill until I overfill and that's how I know I've filled it enough
Also because I'm new to vaping I usually can't estimate the amount of liquid inside, or how much it needs. But overfilling seems to definitely put a damper on the vapor, and not just for a while, it seems to actually leave a permanent damper on the function of the cartomizer.
Just thought I'd share what I seemed to notice
