You would be surprised. I missed my target of being zero nic by this time. I plan on being at 4mg by the end of the month and 0 by June. I see myself working away for hours on end and not vape. Sitting at the uter or driving that is a different story. I do not miss the nic, I miss the hand to mouth when I am bored.
