I'm not an electrician or electrical engineer but, can any mod (regulated) truly put out 200 watts using dual 18650's ?

Yes and no. No, no regulated mod can truly output 200 watts... ish (is and isnt achievable). Because many mods use PWS, 200 watts can theoretically be achieved.
PWM?
LolPMS ?
Yes, with Pulse Width Modulation.
No, Not DC direct.
3 Battery Mod, no issue.
The new Q Series from Yihi would be the only one I think could do it. But at what ohm range is the only thing with it. My guess is it is very limited in its ability but I could be wrong. The beta units are in the field we should know pretty quickly.
And your point would be sparky? The mod has NO baring over the power supply ........................

Here is what OP askedThe mod has NO baring over the power supply ........................

Yihi claims it will put out 200w. It takes two 18650's. We will have to see what it will do. I never made any claims of what it could do.
