If you dont mind taking spare batteries around and like the slimmer size, GUS mods still makes the GUS16. There are/ were others like the Bagua, but are discontinued but keep an eye out in the classifieds. The JM16 hard to find, View attachment 654801
Regulated might be another choice but only ones I know of are the Dicodes mods, costly but I hear really nice:

Oh, thats not mine, but I think its a Penelope by GG, I think they are still available, but they are on V4. Its available on the GG store.
As far as 16mm RTAs for the Piccolo, The Origen Tiny Tank is really nice and easy to set up, The Spheroid , they are on V4 and I think Dicodes USA has them on preorder and GP is supposed to have one more run. THey might have some of the older Spheroid on the GP/ VapourArt site.
THe older Spheroids had to have fluff in the tank to hold the liquid therefore auto dripping. The new V4 does not need fluff.
THe Flash-e-Vapor VS ( the one on the dark brass JM16 ) thats mine, is nice but long and odd looking, but works really well. Its a love / hate relation with me. Its made by SmokerStore.de, its about 150.00, but there are some decent clones ( which I have also ) and work just as well.
My favorite is the Origen Tiny tank. Doesnt hold as much liquid as the FEV VS and Spheroid, but its nice looking and easy. This is it on my MCR, but its the same diameter as the Piccolo and GUS16. If you cant find a Piccolo, really consider the GUS16, I loved it and miss it. I have a couple JM16s that I love and been tempted to sell one and get another GUS16, but its so hard to give up.

For future reference MiniEcig sells those little insulators in PEEK for a buck a shot now. though all the new ones ship with it.
Enabler alert:
Also you do know that the Spheroid V4 needs no filler to work![]()

Looking at length alone, the Telegonos is "huge" in comparison to the Gus16. Not having vaped for 2 years and still being a total beginner, who knows little, how much of an advantage would I get from a regulated device?
I do not mind carrying a battery case and switching out batteries whilst out and about, so the battery size is not really an issue. I just want a couple of quality set ups, which will last me for years and which I can take out and about. This also limits my choice in toppers, as they would have to be leak free.
Ok so 2 x Speroid, 2 x Gus plus some spare batteries and Juice and I'd be good to go out! Sounds like a fab combination. Which wood mod do you have? I saw a SS with Wood but whilst I do not mind spending a couple of hundred on a nice setup a couple of thousand I am not willing to spend on vapegear.
Another 16 mm mod: InTaste
I have one more photo of my stuff, I just took this so you can get an idea of sizes.
On top is my MCR 101SL 18500 (20mm) and the others are 16mm 14500.

I had a Micro Tank? Loved it, but had one of the first versions of it and it had some insulator problems. No problem, things happen, etc. I had a bad experience with the Modder when dealing with the problem and it left a "bad taste" LOL. He makes great stuff and I think it was a "cultural" thing.
I loved it and I have been tempted to get another or more of their atties, but....
Here is the one I had, its a great 16mm device and easy to use.
That one in your photo, is it an RDA or an tank type of atty? I have more than enough little RDAs, but Id love a 16mm RTA. THe Spheroid V4 is tempting but I hesitate because I want to go filler-less and I use all VG and worry that if I get it, it might be problematic for going fluff-less and because the previous versions were so hard for my hands to use.
