24G - Try it~

Wow!

8 wraps of 24G came out to 0.44 ohms, just cleaned my Reo for the first time man is this better then my dual 28g stacked coils at 0.6 ohms!

Runs really hot and I get less toots per squonk, but oh well!

I've got 50 meters that I just started playing with. Any issues going that low on your REO yet? I'm a little afraid to get under .7-.8 before the sub ohm kit comes.

Got a s/o kit? I run .7 ohm 26g builds and I've melted my button lol but that was over time. Be careful on that note. My local b&m sells custom reo buttons made from marble and this problem is no more

Mine is just a normal grand, I am not worried.

I have another spring...and well, as long as I watch for sparking, keep it noaloxed, I don't see it being a problem. I also don't take long pulls, so little heat is generated where it shouldn't be.

Yeah, I don't have a REO, but just started using 24. I wrap around a toothpick, and that 8 wraps gets me .53 , I notice a whole new life to it vs 26/28!

Oh, my tapatalk is messing up. When people quote me it shows up blank. The buttons subject. The shop is mountain oaks, I should be back in tomorrow and I will ask about buttons, maybe I can get 10 or so and send them to some of our members here for reviews on quality they are flawless, but it's not shop items it's done on the side from an employee. I can definitely get more information on these soon for you guys tho

I have long been using modified reo buttons, but with a sub-ohm kit on the way, i'm hopeful i can retire it.

I use 26g kanthal for about 0.6Ω because anything less is just constant cleaning/filing and i can't be bothered!
