I was thinking of just ordering this as it's cheaper to get it imported. Do you think this'll be my best option? I am planning buying 1L by the way.

I really don't know, I REALLY don't know.
I've heard horror stories about importing Nic base.
The best advice I can give is... IF you don't get help on here, ask on AAEC-UK. Folk on there will be importing from the US, or know the deal.
Contact Mist eliquid they do an unflavoured nic base usually in 100ml bottles dunno if they would do a discount for the amount you want.
Any reason you're wanting 24mg base? The only reason I ask is that if you're going to be diluting it down with flavours and/or PG/VG liquids further I'd be thinking along the lines of getting 72mg nic base and going from there.
I've just started mixing and to begin with only bought flavourings and a 50/50 pg/vg 18mg nic base. That turned out fine but obviously I didn't maintain nic levels or pg/vg ratio. Basically I just wanted a play.
The next order I place will be for a litre of 72mg nic base, a litre of pg & a litre of vg and will be mixing properly to maintain the balance and strength I want.
Oh and I'll be sourcing the nic base from Pirates-Vape and the pg and vg from ebay.

Just what I was looking for they are really cheap, shame I have just ordered some nic base.
The only reason I'm going to get 24mg is because I don't yet feel comfortable with diluting my own liquid from 72mg or 100mg, otherwise I would go ahead and do it. I'm ordering 24mg so by the time flavour is added, it should be brought down to 18mg or around that.
If you're worried about the amount to add eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator is a great tool so worth having a play with in advance should you lean towards mixing in the future.
For my 1st lot of mixing I done the same as you and just added flavours to an 18mg nic base, you get used to things this way.

LOL i did the same thing ordered the 18mg nic in a 50/50 base. Now I am ordering the 100mg ..It is nice mixing your own nic levels so if I drop down to 12 or 6mg it will save me even more money. Good luck either way
