Fantastic. So glad to see you made it here with the rest of us survivors. Another Illinois vaper here.
I'm 59 and I'd been choking down those other things since I was 15-16 years old. Tried the Chantix and the patch. Didn't work. I was at 2-3 packs a day. This is the only thing that has done it.
Looking forward to seeing you in here and hearing of your progress.

Congratulations!!!!! Ed It sounds like your doing great. I too have been smoking for 27yrs and never even tried to quit before because I knew that all of those gimmicks you tried wouldn't work for me. I was even very skeptical about the E-cig also. Until I tried it, I smoked for about a month longer and then decided to rely on my 510. It has been 31 days without an analog and I am so grateful to finally have found something that actually works. No matter what, we came this far and it is a miracle, don't pick-up another cigarrette no matter what. Great Job

Thanks for all the positive responses.
I've been following the forum since day 2 off analogs but don't usually participate much in online forums - usually just linger.
I did reply to webmd fda article with my basic stats as seen in original post. Still analog free!!!!!
First ecig was 801 then ordered a couple sets of 510 unpacked thru cignot. Been vaping like a fiend since - just ordered passthru thru them.
Great prices, great service, fast shipping - not an ad just very happy with them.
Again - thanks much for the support.

Way to go, Ed! The most amazing story is always your own. Like a lot of us, you probably wouldn't have believed 27 days ago it would be possible.

My Mom smoked for probably 50 years and she's now down to zero nicotine. She tried everything and this was the only thing that worked. Ever.

I hope one day you have absolutely no idea how long ago you last smoked.

P.S. Even I've begun to loose track. That's a good thing, right?

Congrats Ed! After smoking about a pack and a half a day for 10 years, I just started vaping yesterday and have no urge to grab my near full pack of analogs outta my purse. My boyfriend had picked up a disposable Gamucci from a local convenience store and omg, what a disgusting overpriced piece of crap. I started thinking there had to be other options so I googled my heart out and found this forum and ended up ordering my 510 kit from Cignot. I've been very pleased with it and seeing your story is so encouraging. Keep up the good work. :)
