26650 4000mah bats

Has anyone tried the palight 26650 3.7 4000mah bats ? The description says 40000mah .26mm across, 67mm tall ...one big bat.

I wish that I had a mod like the Helix that would fit a monster like that. Now there's a 36650 available out of China!
