Nope, thank goodness...2 nights with zero sleep thanks to acid reflux...I slept all day yesterday and all night as well. Will be making a doctors appointment soon!!

I have an Rx for omeprazole (i think it is Rx strength prilosec) for chronic GERD. ONE A DAY and I'm acid free for life, which is good because I eat ghost chili. Lol.
Make that appointment. Best to make sure no damage being done before taking over the counter meds. But if he wants to give you a script... see if the otc will be fine.
Been taking it daily...no worries just called the doctor and they can get me in July the 17th...

I will stick with the prilosec OTC and re-arrrange my diet until I see the doc.
My mom went through that and just took stuff. Then ended up having the esophageal (sp) surgery and it is something you want to avoid if possible. Trust me on that!!!Made!! Thanks for the concern!!

I guess my age is showing!Dave, I know it sounds hokey, but Organic Apple Cider Vinegar will take care of GERD, indigestion & a whole slew of other stuff. It must be the organic, made with apples, that has the 'Mother' in it.

I'm sorry you're having probs. I was MIA yesterday & this a.m., too. I went to the eye doc yesterday & found out I have an ulcer on my cornea.
The doc was all up in the air over it - It's a good thing that I don't know beans about eyes & I didn't come home & Google it. I'll be ready for bed early tonight, I had to do eye drops every 1/2 hour last night & this morning. Going back to the doc today - then hopefully home, to bed!!

I take two tbl spoons of ACV a day...I can tell when I forget it, for sure.
