Being a San Diego native, I object to that characterization. As much as people in LA want to think of San Diego as part of their bailiwick, we're still giving the good fight. For example, Orange County wanted to build a toll road from San Clemente to points eastward, but wanted to avoid some hills. So they proposed dipping into San Diego County before bending back north. We told them to go suck eggs. They took it to court. We won.

I understand what you mean, though. I was at the mall about a month ago when the kid at the Subway counter remarked that he'd been working there for a long time--almost since Subway had moved down the lane in the food court. I told him, I remembered when there was nothing but Coastal Sage where he was standing. (It was flattering when he told me that I can't be that old.) The area has grown far too fast...

Two thing to look out for with dual coil builds uneven heating & purple coils

Never had purple coils??? That's what makes the sleeper build appealing. Idk how well it'd work on a 2 post design though.
