Hello fellow vappers I have build my mod but need an assurance before i test as i only have 1 coil and if it breaks im screwed, I have 3 AA nicd 600ma 1.2 volt batterys and wondering if that would work with my 2.4-2.8 ohm clearomizer? Basic wiring battery pack to connector from connector the earth is on a momentary switch and back into the battery pack as the active Thanks guys hope to hear some helpfull news! :)

3.6vx3.6v / 2.5 = 5.4 watts

Kinda low..it will vape but it won't be the best

I would recommend 1.8-2.0 on that, that will give you a pretty decent vape for the voltage, that is IF your batteries can handle the current flow

There is a fellow on the forum that uses NiMH batteries in a mod..fast charge, vapes pretty strong...CHEAP!

600 mAH isn't much capacity for a start. When I started vaping I bought a couple of 600 batts and they spent more time on charge than in my gob. Also even with a 1.8 coil, the vape was crap. I need 4-4.4v on a 1.8 to get anything half satisfying.
Thanks for all the help guys!! I just fired the old girl up then and she is a beauty at the least il leave some pics here of my amateur first mod :) I will be updating that last picture with the current as i have completly soldered everything at this moment!
