3.7 16340 vs. 510 Mega

I want to get a mini, but not if its no better than my 510 megas which I can use 2-3 batts a day. I understand the voltage mah and ohm difference.
I keep getting different answers. This is for battery duration only, in your personal experience.

One 16340, like this one, should last you the whole day. Much longer then a 510 mega battery.
