Will be buying the mega batts soon and was wondering if i can use my standard 510 attys with it or is it better to get the mega attomizer to go with it.

It doesn't matter really. The mega 510 attys require mega 510 carts as the regular carts will not work with the 510 mega attys. The mega 510 carts are supposed to hold double the liquid which I believe is 1.2ml so if you would like to have that option you can buy one but you don't really have to.
