wow so there is a lot of us. hope the moderators can help. i started my claim with pp. we shall see. i would rather have the boxmod, attys, and juice. im out 62 bucks. and i havent worked in a month, i have three kids and a wife to feed. i dont really need crap like this either.
Well guys & gals, I must say I was hoping to see some movement this week, considering it's now Thursday and on Monday mods were contacted and Paypal proceedings were instituted by a few. Looks like he's not responding to mods or Paypal, or we're just not being informed.
We do need to keep in mind that we DO NOT know what has happened. It's easy to get frustrated over this. I'm sure most of us are. But, we also need to consider there may be circumstances that has prevented Brad from being able to respond. There is always the possibility that there has been an accident or something worse.

I completely understand the whole being overwhelmed with family issues, however actively posting and accepting orders when not sending anything to anyone in a month is not cool, last 6 days he hasn't been on but the previous 24 ?

Yes, he was posting on other threads up until the 4/8. But, he hasn't posted here since the 3/27. What bothers me is to see a couple of posts he has in this Thread on the 30th where he mentions sending out packages. Did he actually mail any that day?
I did. It took 3 weeks approx. from order to receipt. The first 9 or so pages are full of members that also ordered and did receive theirs as well. I'm sure PP will refund those that have money out. They have for me the 3 times I've opened claims over ebay sellers that never sent my items.
I ordered back ummm 5 or 6 weeks ago and got my stuff as promised. Mine was one of the boxes that had a problem with the atty connection.. it came loose when I tightened the atty and a wire came off inside as a result. I contacted Brad and he replied promptly saying that it was his fault and to send it back. I did, the next day, which was around march 20th. I sent a pm a couple weeks later asking about the status of my repair.. he responded promptly that he was making a big batch and that his son had just had knee surgery. A week or so after that I sent another pm asking again about the status of my repair.. I haven't heard anything back.. I came to this thread and found all this going on.
I'm not going to file anything against him. I did receive 2 14500 batts, a charger and a couple bottles of pretty good juice for $30. I don't know what is going on but I do believe he maybe got overwhelmed. I would like to get my mod back but I am in no hurry and for some reason I do believe that I will get it eventually.
I ordered Juice on 2 diff occasions and received both orders in a timely mater.
I ordered at the very beginning and got my order real fast. Every time I PM him w/ some questions regarding my mod, he would get back to me very fast. He did seem to be a very nice honest guy. I hope everything works out for everyone.
