How many "real" members received their orders. Let's here it from the members who received something...

I assume "i'm a real member"! Ordered back when this deal started! Received this deal and some bottles from his other listing in about 5 days! All was as stated! Looking at the mod on my desk in front of me now!
This is not bragging as you asked the question! I feel bad for anyone out there that is in Limbo on this situation!
Hopefully this get's resolved!

Another "Real Member" that recieved my order in about 3 days around 2 monthes ago (.Mich--Ind.)
I also had problem with connection and returned box to Brad around the 22nd March.
He confirmed he recieved it and would send a new one as soon as new connectors came in.
Had a mail day after sons surgery--he hadn't slept for 2 days at that time.
1 mail few days after that about the paypal backstabber and having 500 or so PM's and emails to try and answer.
Sounded very overwhelmed with the whole life situation going on at that time.
Nothing since.

Hope Brad and his family are OK.

My gut still says, these snafus were unintended, and Brad did not set out to nor intends to burn anyone hopefully a Moderator will be able to bring us all up to speed soon, if not Brad himself.

Am not filing a dispute with PP, till the last possible moment....have a couple three weeks easy before I will be forced to, if no word comes before then. mainly hope his son is ok, knee surgery is a routine procedure, but all sorts of bad ....e can happen nonetheless.

My late mother for instance went in for chemo like dozens of times before, contracted pneumonia while in the hospital, long story short got into her blood, septic shock, shut down her liver and kidneys... was not pretty, and left me the decision to stop the dosage increase of the medication that was keeping her blood pressure up (it messed with the same organs) tantamount to pulling the plug pretty much.

It makes little sense to me either, for someone to be a registered supplier for what a year or more, fulfilling orders, doing warranty service just to walk off with a pittance.

I realize I could well be wrong, would not be the first time by any means, and this is in no way critical of anyone who has already filed a PP dispute.

A moderator posted that this was being looked into but I don't think we've heard any updates in about a week. Has anyone escalated their dispute through PayPal? I would very much like Brad to just address the dispute and contact us letting us know the status. Personally I'd just like a refund so I can use that money to purchase a different mod somewhere else.

I escalated my dispute yesterday. It doesn't seem like Brad is responding, and I'd rather see if I can at least get a portion of my $80 back within a reasonable amount of time. Maybe not, but it's worth a shot. I've just been stating that I ordered batteries and chargers.

Please post with an update when you hear something back from PayPal. I have about a week and a half to escalate mine so I'll see how yours plays out first and if it works well, I'll follow your lead.

Glad I found this thread (need to read back and see what's going on)

I figured something RW/family was happening, so I didn't freek... known Brad since I first joined, he's a good guy. Hate that someone reported his paypal account.. I'm sure that added a wrench he SO didn't need.

Anyone know if we can 'withdraw' our payments? Then get them to him another way? (I'm guessing PP has frozen his account, and I for one don't want PP to pocket the money!!) Just a thought..

EDIT: ah! I see that someone's already on the ball.. better read some more!

Not sure what you mean by this.. But I have done many transactions with Brad in the past, all went fine. The last one, after he became a supplier, was a couple weeks ago and only amounted to 23$. I have not received this order, and am worried FOR BRADSMITH. Not my 23 bucks.

I realize some of you are out a lot more than 23 bucks, but this is just so out of character IMHO, that I think there are other circumstances we just don't know about.

Just my 2c

Follow my lead? Well, that's about like the blind leading the blind:) I just figure that it's been over 3 weeks since Brad has even tried to respond on this thread. I don't want to feel guilty about trying to get money back that he may have no access to. But, if that were the case, he would need to let all of us know. I think most of us would be very understanding.

I'm actually assuming that the money is gone or non refundable. But, we'll see what happens.

Yes, it would be nice to know if he has access or not to the money, or if there are other issues. That could make a big difference.. certainly in how I respond. I'm not going to try and pull my measley 20 bucks if he has it.. but I sure as heck don't want to give free money to PP.

I have PMed him a couple times (I'm in no rush for what I ordered, and had already told him that at the time of ordering) So I only asked that he give me a shout, to let me know he's ok. Haven't heard anything either.

I placed my order on 3/31 according to PP.

Well, I just looked at how the process is going as far as escalating it to a claim. As of now, it is "Awaiting other party's response". This is what is says about this particular step in the process, "PayPal requests more information from the seller to resolve the issue. If the seller doesn't respond within 10 days, we close the case and restore funds to the rightful owner." So, it sounds like if he does not respond or dispute the claim, the money should be returned.

So what are you saying? That you're so wealthy that you're going to stand surety on everybody who has sent money but hasn't received anything? What bearing does your position have on this situation? Or are you going to send out some of your mods to those of who need them, thanks I'll take one.

I have personally not done anything regarding Paypal because it possibly could escalate this and other transactions with vaping. But I am disappointed, do not even know whether I should be concerned about my $56 and frankly have little patience for sanctimonious posts from those who've received theirs in the past or don't really care if they lose $20 because they have 15 more expensive pvs already.

Being new to this and having few things, to collecting things over time is different too. I think most of us had just filed a dispute until recently. Then, when there is no response to the filing of a dispute (by Brad), we can file a claim to try to get our money back.

And, I'm with you Lbug. I'm also worried about his welfare. I think many of us are. But, as you stated earlier, we don't want PP to keep the money. If he were able or willing to respond, he surely would have at this point.

I've been through 3 of the PP disputes over e-bay items that were never sent. 10 days no response by the seller and you should get refunds... Busy or not, family issues or not, there is no excuse for not posting here a single time to say whats going on imo, unless he's incarcerated, in the hospital, or worse. I ordered, and received my products. Brad seemed like a stand up guy to me. When this all started, I was optomistic that soon he'd chime in with a post and tell his side of things. I hope all is well with him and his family, but in the same breath I hope everyone gets their items or a refund.... :(
