I escalated my dispute to a claim as well. Made no mention of e-cigs or even what the product was. Just said I hadn't heard anything from the seller in two weeks and that I hadn't heard anything since filing the dispute over a week ago. I have a feeling that when PayPal sees several of these claims come in at once, they'll realize something is up and just refund the money. That's my hope anyway.

I've given up, I just want my money back at this stage. It's not personal with Brad, just don't know what the real circumstance is. I ordered this as part of my plan to quit cigarettes, not as just another toy to add to a collection. Happily I've done so without it.

It was a great deal, but a terrible deal for me in not receiving anything, no value in that. If I had known I wouldn't receive anything in a month, I wouldn't have ordered. So I've moved on and don't want my order anymore. I did file with PP and escalated it.

Hey Unsure, I doubt anyone holds you responsible, no apologies needed. We know that all you were doing was giving a heads-up to a great deal from someone who had good standing in the community at that time. We all still have no idea what really happened with Brad and why this came to pass, no-one could have foreseen this.

Ordered back when this deal started! Received this deal and some bottles from his other listing in about 5 days! All was as stated! Looking at the mod on my desk in front of me now!
This is not bragging as you asked the question! I feel bad for anyone out there that is in Limbo on this situation!
Hopefully this get's resolved!

Same here.. so sorry some of you are having this issue now :(
I've been following this thread in slight disbelief...

I received mine at the time, and although the atty connection came loose somewhat early on.. I fixed it myself.

I hope you folks get some resolution soon

IDK GPS done gone'n broke
Myself paid via PP as goods as Brad instructed stating was ECF policy, so have recourse if I must, still hoping things work out. Paid on 03/29 and , so have 45 days from then to file a dispute, then escalate to a claim if it must come to that.

One of the mods ejoker said further back in the thread it was being looked into, so am holding off long as I can, my order was but 34.00 bucks a good chunk of change for me, but not all that much in the larger context.

From all I could gather from various places on ecf he is a stand up guy, so giving the benefit of the doubt, if I turn out to be wrong another prod to become a full time cynic rather than a selective one heh heh.

prole: let's not forget that the amount that each of us has into this is completely relative. $100 to me may only be comparable to $20 to another.

I think most of us are starting to assume that something fairly bad has happened and are just trying to make sure PayPal doesn't profit from it. I also wish a mod would come back here and update us. It kind of feels like we're all running around in the dark. My assumption was that personal information and alternate contact information was taken to become a member of ECF's supplier's forum. That would mean that they would be able to access family members if necessary. I guess I'm wrong...

if i didn't see this all happening i would never believe it.... brad was really helpful to me back in the day... i hope all is well with him and his family... this is fare from his norm... i hope this is all resolved shortly.. i keeps me concerned for both brad and for the people suffering a financial loss and a bad outlook on ecf suppliers,,,,

I tried to file a dispute with Paypal tonight, but they said I had to agree to escalate directly to claim. I screwed something up and lost their exact reasoning behind that.

If a claim will get your money back then do it. I have no idea whats Brad's situation is but involving Paypal now cant hurt him anymore....that horse has left the barn. So if anyone has that recourse then they should use it.

I still like to know who is out of pocket with no way to recoop their losses. If you dont want to post the PM me. Im making a list of those that have no way to turn only.
