After a slightly long search I found the model number for 3.7V li-ion 1/2 AAA cells @ 130mah the number is 10220
China LIC 10220 130mAh Lithium Battery. Guangzhou Manufacturer, Distributor

I am not sure if there is a supplier outside of china.

A 7.2v mini flashlight mod!!

at first i thought you could use 2 of them and a 5 volt regulator for an ultra small 5v mod but then I thought uhm. how do you charge these.. I pretty sure they are not protected, and could run out of juice really quick in a 5v setup.

Well as with any mico device you expect to give up life span for size. I just set out to find the smallest useable battery I could find. At 260mah (for two takeing the space of 1 AAA) it would be conciderd useable and very small. You are right though, I wonder how you would charge it.

The 150mA universal charger that is usually sold with the KR808D-1's will charge any 3.7V battery. I made a simple adapter with a battery tube and some wires with alligator clips.
