The E-Power setups are 3.7v regulated. It is "eGo style" in that it looks like an eGo (but larger) and has a 510 connector. But the E-Power cone (cover) outer threads are larger diameter than eGo. eGo cones or eGo specific attys or cartos don't fit the outer threading.

Two models, using a 14650 or 18650 battery respectively. Either would be a lot more than 650 mAh.

There's a bunch of different mini's out there now and most are regulated at 3.4v
The new Smoketech line is regulated at 3.7v.
Liberty Flights has the 450mah version on their site, I just ordered a couple :)
I have a pair of no name 400mah minis I got from Healthcabin and they are regulated at 3.7v
Smoketech shows larger capacity versions on their website, but I haven't seen them anywhere yet.
I'll post again if I see them. 3.7v seems to be my sweet spot too. Partnered with 1.8ohm carts they're perfect for tobacco flavored juices.

I just going to edit my response, rickajho is correct.
I'd never noticed before, but Liberty Flights lists all their smok tech batteries as being true 3.7v
They sell a 450mah, 650mah and a 900mah.
If you haven't tried them yet, fantastic company.
Lightning fast delivery, excellent customer service.
Great pricing, don't forget the october20 discount code for 20% off :)

You might want to email them first to confirm this, but it does look that way on their website.

Someone makes an eGo or eGo clone that puts out , I thnk, 4.2, 3.7 and 3.3 V.
You'd think that was regulated, right ?

Well it turns out it isn't, and the 4.2 drops all the way down to 3.3 as the battery is used, and the 3.3 drops to about 2.5, or so.

So, don't assume that is a regulated 3.7 volts. It almost certainly isn't ! It will only be that with a newly-charged battery and will drop once the battery drops below 3.7 v.

By the way...why not just get a twist ?

Billo: Haven't you described an unregulated battery? For example, an eGo upgrade battery running in its unregulated mode comes off the charger at 4.2v and creeps downward to its shutdown point at 3.3v.
I understood a battery that is regulated to run at 3.7v would be same as operating an eGo twist set at 3.7v through its cycle.
The advantage of the twist is being able to set the specific voltage point that its regulated to run at.
Do I have this wrong?

If I do, what is the difference between regulated and unregulated and wouldn't all batteries including the twist be subject to a drop in voltage as it discharges?

Thanks!

cordone:

Yes, the twist can be set to any voltage 3.3 to 4.8V. The twist has a circuit that can STEP UP the voltage. So when the battery drops to 3.4 volts it can still out out 3.7v (or 4.8 V). I doubt if these others discussed above can do that.

As I said--why fool around with anything else ? The twist is also cheap.
