I've got an ego-C. It won't fire Boge 3.2 cartomizers. Have 4 ego 650 batts plus a ego passthrough all at best making 3.4v. I've heard that the Boge 2.0 single cartomizers will work or something from Smoktech?

Tried the 3.2 Boge on the passthrough, it took about 3-4 seconds to even begin to get slightly warm.

Need help finding something that works.

Thank you

ECHO-E gets my vote, 3ml capacity. Chain vaping it gets warm but having a couple in rotation will fix that. I got mine from NWVapors where they are on sale right now. Only drawback I have found with the flat tip and tiny air slit they have is if you tilt them above horizontal while chain vaping you get a shot of condensate that is pretty strong, keep em pointed down and dont heat em up too much and they are awesome... 90 drops first fill and not a drop out the bottom. Plus since they have a much larger area than the slim cartos the juice goes down into them quickly rather than having to wait forever to fill and the little tube in the middle is raised slightly above the filling so less likely to get it running down that way. I like em so much I ordered a couple dozen more after my trial order which I only had two in.

Awesome support with NWVapors too, called me when I put the wrong thing in my cart to make sure I wanted it. Had an 808 thread something and he questioned it because everything else I have bought from him was 510, fixed it up before it shipped :)

Also of note, the eGo C has the same batteries as any other eGo as far as I know so the only difference is the tank atomizer.

The non Joy eGo "type" batts like the 1100s I bought are non regulated batteries so they run at around 4.2V then drop off at the end of their charge. Personally I like the warmer vape with many flavors. The ECHO-E catomizers will work on the 900 true eGo Joy battery with a cooler vape and less volume to the clouds but still lots of flavor, I like this setup with the fruit type flavors.

Hope nobody gets upset with me about all of my posting on the ECHO-E and NWVapors, I am not plugging the company for any personal reason other than being thrilled with the product, price and service.

not 100% sure, but I think I read the batts that ship with the new Ego-c kits are the higher voltage now (4.2~3.7) and have a display of some sort for remaining charge

Then there is no reason a 4.2v fresh-off-the-charger 510-threaded battery would not work with Boge 3.2 ohms other than dud carto (or somebody shoved a syringe into the stuffing and broke something, or a carto condom push broke something) OR liquid in the threaded connections OR the center post of the battery is too low for the Boge to reach there and make electrical contact.

If you mean the carto hardly works then I would guess flooded overfilled or unsettled carto or a small amount of liquid in the threaded connections or a dud carto.

Nope...they are standard eGO batts at 3.4v

With that said my wife just got an eGO - C, and I have to say Im not very impressed. She seems to vape OK with 100% VG, but when I try and vape them I get one or two good toots, then burning wick. And this is with doing a primer drag in between. She takes much smaller hits than I do. I will be curious to try the eGO-C with a 50/50 mix of PG/VG and see if that makes a difference.

The vape is also very cool.... but that may be because Im used to my VV mod at 4.5v on a boge SR carto.

I've used 3.0 on ego batteries. Not as good as 2.0 IMO, but some people don't like LR cartos. I prefer Low resistance. There's no reason why you wouldn't get 'something' unless it's a dead carto. It's not going to knock your socks off but you should get a decent vape with it.

I use dcc, 1.7 smoktek, 2.0 boge, 3.0 boge and prefer the 1.7 or 2.0 cartos on ego batteries. I've never heard of a 3.2 boge carto though.

which cartos would you recommend as a transition from stardusts? i have been having issues with the stardusts because i have found them to very delicate, i have to draw slowly, delicately etc and the flavor is muted. when using the standard tank system the flavor was great and i was able to chain vape despite the leaking problems. so i'm hoping that a cartomizer will let me do this on my ego without leaking and such. thanks

I would suggest keeping an eye out for Sunfire tank Cartos. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and have already broken the mouthpiece... Sucks bc the system is awesome. This is the first run so hopefully they will address the mouthpiece cracking. On the bright side they are cheap ($4 from ivape) and they sell replacement wicks in a five pack for $5. Also they hold 2.4 ml which is awesome IMO
