3 Juice Review - Tasty Vapor

As you may notice, this is my first post ever to this forum (of which I've been scouring about for almost a month now) and I'd like to do a review.

I was extremely excited in opening the package, this being my first major order since I received my first PV. Shipping was extremely quick, even considering I ordered on New Years. I opened the box and inside are three nicely sized bottles of juice =). Atomic fireball, pistachio ice cream, and strawberry cheesecake.

Upon opening the lids of each, I'm extremely excited to try them as the scent from the bottles is extremely rich and all excite the olfactory senses! I drop about 6 drops of each in brand new cartomizers and wait a few minutes.

Flavor #1 (Atomic Fireball): The flavor from this one is just amazing! A very close replication of the candy. Awesome throat hit (not surprising, considering they're 36 mg..) and just overall great flavor. Very excited to try the next two

Flavor #2 & #3 (Strawberry Cheesecake and Pistachio Ice Cream): Well, I was expecting a lot more from these, given the wonderful scent emanating from the bottles. Both, in their own respectively different ways, tasted kind of like I had stuck a few pieces of scotch tape in my carts and was vaping that.

I don't know whether the taste was from the high mg of nicotine, the 20% VG, or whether it's just the way they taste, but I was very disappointed. I'm allowing the flavors to sit a little bit longer to see if that helps any, but it was a strange sensation, having that flavors from those wonderfully scented liquids.

I have a strange feeling that it may be the high nicotine content, due to the sensation of putting something very basic on my tongue from each of them (including the Atomic Fireball)

Or maybe it's just me

The taste bud is an interesting thing...it may be the juice, but it might just be your tastebuds as well...

I have purchased a few different flavors from Tasty Vapor and two of the three tasted like what I thought they should taste like (including the strawberry cheesecake) but the Butterfinger just didn't taste right to me...but others would swear it was a liquid candybar...and the guy I sold it to is enjoying it...

Sorry to hear that you got some juice that your tongue doesn't agree with...and you can always post it on the classifieds here...

I may end up doing that >_< It's really unfortunate, too. They smell amazing. I'm going out on a limb here and hoping that maybe filling the carts from the bottom was the wrong way to go about it with these juices and letting them fill out from the top (I was feeling really lazy/excited and didn't feel like opening up the carts to fill them) for a while to see if that helps at all

Didya shake the bottles thoroughly before dripping them?

I got a very nutty flavor from the Pistachio Ice Cream 12mg at 35% (if I recall right) VG.

I didn't try that, but unfortunately I have to wait until I dry up a cart now =( But it's definitely worth a try

These flavors might actually grow on me.. It seems to be the nicotine that's making them taste a bit strange, so I may want to consider buying doublers (which are an ingenious business idea, by the way) to cut down on the nicotine to bring out more of the flavor.

I've found that smaller pulls give me more flavor. This unfortunately means less vapor, but until I buy doublers that's what I'm gonna have to do I guess. At least it wasn't wasted money =)

You said that you vaped the Atomic Fireball first, right? Is it possible that it numbed your taste buds? I know that the real fireballs do that to me.

Doubtful, but possible. I had been experimenting with ways to bring out their flavor and, as I said, came to the conclusion that the nicotine content is too high, and whenever I took short pulls it would give me a lot more flavor. I'm enjoying them a lot more than my initial review =)

I couldn't taste much when I first started vaping. My taste buds were deadened from forty years of cigarette smoking.

Now it's six months later and I can taste much more, and some of the juices that didn't impress me actually taste pretty good.
