Ok, so I'm a bit slow and just found this section of the forum and it is a little past my 3 month anniversary. I smoked for over 30 years and was up to about 2 packs a day. I tried every quit smoking NRT and even the (wacko) pills, some more than once. Never quit longer than a week or two and was hateful to anyone around me during each try. My wife was the same way and when we would try to quit at the same time it wasn't pretty. Thank the good lord for E-Cigs, we both quit smoking the same day after picking up a couple of disposable E-Cigs at the corner store and then finding the ECF and better equipment. We still have an unopened pack of smokes, that never would have been the case before E-Cigs. I sure hope this industry doesn't end up over regulated by our Gov. and continues to be freely available to all that want/need it.
