It's difficult to correlate one pack of smokes to juice consumption. How often you vape and what you use plays a big factor( for instance low or regular resistance attys or cartos). I think most use between 3 to 10 ml a day. I myself use about 5 ml. As for vendors check Blue Mist vaping, good quality and fair prices.

what artt said, there is no real way to figure it out until you know what kind of device you will be using and how much juice it consumes on a normal day vaping. once you settle in and use the same attachment for a while and see how much juice it uses daily then you can say "the nova uses about 5 mil/day X 30 + maybe 5 ml extra to be safe", etc
some devices use up a lot more juice then others as well as usually people just starting vape more usually. in my nova i could go through 2 ml on a lunch break whereas in my dripper 2 ml will last hours.

this is why I got into DIY and now there is no fear of running low or trying to make sure i order more before i get low etc. i see my last bottle or two and just grab some nic from the freezer and whip up a new batch.

on thing i used to do is order an extra bottle and leave it in the fridge, only for emergency, if i open it for any reason it gets replaced next juice order.

Yeah you want a backup plan. I can go most of a week on 30ml. Which seems simple. But it isn't all from one bottle. I find myself ordering supplies every week or two. If you try to stock up too far ahead, your tastes may change and you can end up with a bunch of juice you don't like anymore. Cartos and batteries are just as important as having juice.

Thrasher has the right of it. Figure out how much your tank/atty holds. Keep track of how much you use in your device. I find using a syringe to fill my devices is easier, less messy, and allows me to see exactly how many CC i'm using. In my experience the average pack a day user uses "average" 3 to 4 ml a day. So you can guesstamate a week to 10 days out of each 30 ml bottle as an "average" measure of consumption for your reordering needs. Then tailor that to your own personal use.

Buy 100ml and keep backups. Most people just starting out make the mistake of not buying enough juice and this can lead to a relapse.

just make sure you find juices you like via samples or small bottles before ordering any huge bottles so you aren't stuck with 100ml of juice you can't stand
