3 weeks smoke free!

So excited!!! Have been smoke free for three weeks thanks to e-cigarettes. After 30 years I really never thought I could do it without climbing the walls. I tried patches the last time and they worked but I literally wanted a cigarette every waking moment. Can't believe how stress free this has been. And fun

And I even have my own signature banner now! Woohoo!!!!

It will only get easier and more comfortable from here on out. I just passed 3 months and never, ever thought I would quit smoking, and have fun, too.

Congrats! I'm 6 weeks in myself and still can't believe how easy it was for me to quit after 16 years. Now when I smell cigs I almost throw up. These have truly been a blessing, and I'm just getting started! Good luck and stick with it.

Thank you Glenn Yeah...I've already noticed a difference health wise. My blood pressure has dropped a lot (something they've had a hard time getting it to do with meds). I can breathe better, don't cough as much, sinuses are better. It's amazing

Thanks Brend Yeah...I've become a big e-cig advocate now. I'm determined not to be one of those "ex-smoker" types but I keep pushing e-cigs on my smoker friends. If they only knew how easy it has been
