Hi, everyone! I'm a 2nd time new member to the forum...I originally was a member when I first started vaping 3 years ago yesterday and haven't had an analog since, YAYY. At the time I was going back to school to be a medical assistant and single mom of twin 9 year old sons so I had to choose either gas money to get to school and family or cigarettes. Obviously I chose a career and my kids! I bought a cheap ego blister pack starter kit and had my last smoke on 1/9/2014, and became a member here to figure out what I was doing and how to do it LOL Within a week, I had ordered an EVOD kit, passed el cheapo to my mom, who stopped analogs 1 week later, and the rest is history! I finished school, my sons are now 12, I've been working at the same clinic with a great Doctor for 2 years now and am really grateful that I was able to quit when I did! Even though it has been 3 years I'm not vaping anything fancy, just a box mod by innokin and an aspire VV with nautilus tank, mainly just due to laziness, plus it's been working for me so far. I've recently decided that I now have more time to spend a little more time doing something I enjoy. Anyways, to make a long story long...I'm back on ECF so I can learn all about the current mods, upgrade what I'm vaping and just enjoy being smoke free. I want to thank everyone on here who takes the time to answer posts, even "silly" questions, you really are appreciated!!

Welcome back!

Great story too.

If you give us some more info about where you want to go, I'm sure you will get lots of suggestions. Also what kind of budget you have in mind.

box mod by innokin

I'm guessing MVP 2? It was a great mod a few years ago although limited by today's standards. I had one, gave it to a coworker that only had a basic Ego setup. He bought an Eleaf iStick 60 watt shortly after.

I'm a big fan of the Eleaf line of VV/VW devices (the 50 watt not so much) and I like their GS Air tanks also. There are lots of other brands that are also very good.

Welcome back @StacyRMA - you might want to contact a moderator and see if they can "merge" your accounts. Technically, one login per member ;)

But, to your real question - there has been so much that has changed over the past few years (I'm coming up my my 3-year vapaversary :w00t: )

Is there something you *don't* like about your setups? What are you wanting to try? I'm all over the board - low watts/higher ohms, higher watts/lower ohms, pop a coil from a blister pack, make my own coils.... Box mods, tube mods - I've even ordered a few Spinners, just for "old time's sake". If you want to keep things "simpler", there's nothing wrong with your Nauti. If you want a little more airflow, but want to use the same coils, look at a Triton Mini. If you want to open up your airflow, but still use pre-made coil heads, I have a few Ego ONE tanks. There's a variation of the heads (CLR) which allow you to rebuild them. If you want to get into rebuilding, there are Kayfun V3 and V5 toppers which are pretty easy to work with.

Just remember, what someone says is the next best thing to sliced bread for them may be the gnarliest thing you've tried.....

Ask questions - lots of great folks still around willing to help :)

Thank you all and congrats on 3 years to you, too, Dinger! I don't really have a specific direction in mind, I guess I just want to try new and better things lol I've been reading reviews and just trying to get a feel for some of the options available. I am open to suggestions on what to try next. There's nothing wrong with what I'm vaping now, I think I've just been sticking with what I know works, which is great, but a bit monotonous after a while TC sounds interesting, also eleafs...there are so many options, I guess I'll just pick something to start with first and who knows where I will end up! My apologies up front because I am sure I will have lots of questions as I go (I am a "why, how" person lol) and I appreciate all replies!

between here and there
Welcome back.
I too am a big fan of Eleafs products. Any of the isticks from 30W up to the pico and pico mega. And I really like their toppers too, Melo 2 is my fav but Melo 3 is good also. I also have eleaf's gs-Air-m tank.
There are lots of options so it may be good for you to figure out what it is you want out of your vape. Long run time on battery? Flavor taster, cloud chaser?

Get ready for a lot of suggestions cause everyone has their opinions,,including me. LOL

:)

Congrats on 3 years! I'm 7 mos. or so from being 3 myself. Much nicer than the 30+ I was.. Congrats on being a great mom, a great daughter, and educatin' yerself all 'round too! My girl works in a Dr.'s office, he wants to make her into an MA. She's worked in the medical profession for most of the 17 years I've been with her.
