30 day return Policy

Anyone have any experience with Apollo's 30 day return/exchange policy?

I bought the ego starter kit but find myself needing/wanting the vtube setup they sell. Its only 30$ more but I want to return my ego starter kit. I used one of the clearomizers, and the juice included. Will they deduct this from exchange?

Another alternative would be to use the LABOR2013 code and score 25% off your VTube purchase and have both. If that's not an option you could always hit up their Live Chat Customer Service feature..but I don't think they'll be back online until after Labor Day.

Apollo itself I haven't tried run turning. All my stuff is fro them.
