If you told me 32 days ago that I would quit smoking in 2 days I would have said you're out of your mind. I don't believe in miracles really but I have a hard time describing this turn of events any other way.

I just realized yesterday that I don't think I have coughed once since I quit. Not once! My cat used to sleep upstairs, now he sleeps under my desk. No smoke to run from. And best of all, no more going to 7/11 for a carton or two.

I felt the same way. Even the thought of quitting with the patch or Chantix made me to chain smoke a whole carton. I was amazed at how easy the switch was.

Amen to that! I never would've believed in a million years (and after 24 years) that I would quit within a week. It's hard to describe, but it feels like a HUGE weight has been lifted off my shoulders miraculously
