306/510 atty

ordered a 306/510 atty and drip tip. this thing is like nothing i have everseen. the atty?? is yellow the tube and mouth end are 1 pc hard plastic same dia. as drip tip. is this just a protective cover....or what.

That yellow part is just a cartridge without filler.

You take that off and put the drip tip on the little silver atty.
