30ml drip / needle tip bottles over the counter?

I used the needle of a 18ga luer-lock syringe needle and jammed it into the drip top of a 30 ml bottle. I removed the actual stainless needle from the plastic of the syringe mount. I drilled a hole in the 30ml bottle cap to prevent the drip top from popping off.
