I didn't want to post the name of the supplier I bought my juice from before they had a chance to respond to my problem. I sent them an email right after I opened the package because I knew it looked really short on liquid. I asked them if they had problems before or if this was normal for their bottles (this was before I measured and found out it was missing 5ml).
A day later, today, they sent me an email apologizing and that they didn't notice the problem when they sent out the liquid. They said it should be about 90% full. Anyway, without me asking, they refunded me $3.50 which is worth more than what I was missing.
I thought that this was excellent customer service. The company was Ruyan Direct/Heaven Gifts, and I heard from others here that they treated their customers well and now I can vouche for that. Their juices have been great that I've tried so far, and their shipping was surprisingly fast, not to mention the extremely low prices. I will be ordering from them again in the future.
