Wow! I just can't keep up with the pace in this place! Have been spending the last 3 days trying to catch up with these threads....

Tinnitus is something I have as well - comes with nicotine unfortunately - the restriction of blood flow to the ears (caused by nic) doesn't help matters..... well that and loud music/power tools, both of which I am well accustomed with.

Nicotine and caffeine are my biggest culprits for cranking up the volume/pitch in my head.

Since I'm a nic addict, I went for adjusting my caffeine level.

I couldn't totally go caffeine free - so I went half caff and caffeine-free diet coke. When I did that I got some relief.

What I've found though is that since I've started vaping I haven't had any levels higher than a 6 or 7 on my scale. Woo-who!!
