Are you talking about juice or flavorless nic. 36mg juice you can get many places that allow you to choose your nic level. FSUSA, Viking Vapor, Tasty Vapor, Madvapes and many others
36mg gunna be wicked! I'm on 24mg and it's way too potent for me to chain vape! I thought I had a pretty high tolerance, too. Good luck!

I started with 24 and went right back to analogs. 36 was enough and just a tad more to the point where my body began connecting the nicotine with a vape over a smoke. I recall a craving to vape WITH a lit analog in my hand.
I'm a tad disappointed though. I'm still trying to be analog-free (slow process) and there are so many flavors and vendors I have had suggested to me that stop at 24/mg.

All I vape (chain vape) is 36 mg juice. Most but not all places sell this. I generally order from Tasty Vapor and myfreedomsmokes. Check out the list of vendors and just check their websites to see if they sell it. Generally, the highest nicotine concentration for flavored juice ranges from 24 mg / ml to 48 mg / ml (depending on the vendor). Unflavored juice you can get up to at least 100 mg / ml.
