Well folks. I am pretty new to the vapeing scene. I found one of those kiosks in the mall... yeah, you know the one. Anyway, after getting suckered for $150 I have been smoke free for 4 days and 16 hours. I am feeling better already. I have been hanging around the forums here and have been pretty disgusted in what I have been reading.
Now, before your get your socks all bunched up, I mean about the AMA, FDA, and all the bans, and negativity. I know it is about the money, but c'mon. My 9 year old son can come up with better arguments than they have.
Anyway, one thing that I am doing is promoting these wonderful devices to every smoker I see. I have already converted three and working on a few more here at work. So, lets take a christian approach and convert as many as we can. The more voices the better. And I for one am convinced that the more folks who try these things will not only feel better, but a good majority will become advocates for it in the fight against the BS that is going on in the country regarding these life savers. I know I am starting to get REALLY passionate about them!
I also have a good friend of mine who is low income along with his wife (who is the smoker). I am looking at taking part of my tax return and buying her a starter kit as they can't afford one on their own. I have some extra juice I can give them as well. The only thing I would ask of them is to give the starter kit to someone else who could use it when they either quit or can afford to trade up. Am I doing this to make myself look good? NO. I am doing this because I know from my own experience that it works. I have tried EVERYTHING to quit and have been smoking since I was 12 years old and I am now 41. I have tried to quit 12 times without success, but with this product, I am smoke free for the last 4 days and i don't see me picking up a smoke anytime soon.
So everyone, keep up the good fight, congrats on being able to quit, and convert as many as you can. Power in numbers!
