My most sincere Congratulations! :)
Having a great time with family & friends, possibly a few drinks, only 4 days away from the cigarettes, yet you still held on and not smoked!
My hat is off to you moon, its obvious to me you have no shortage of these...

Congratulations on giving up the cigs! :toast: Remember there will be bad days and good days, but the longer you keep it up, the better and more frequent the good days will be. ECF is always here if you need a distraction, advice or encouragement. There are so many great members who know so much about vaping, and they're always willing to share their knowledge with the rest of us.

Maybe the next time one of your friends offers you a cig, you should offer to send them a link to the ECF. You may just be saving their life (and as a bonus you can feel superior while you do it) :) As for your husband, it's always fun to convert people - especially those you love. Maybe you should have him check out some of the awesome - maybe even macho - apv's. Good luck!

Congratulations!

Not only for giving up tobacco cigarettes, but for sticking to it and resisting the peer pressure. Those who try to make you go back by like the one trying to hand you a lit cig are basically the pushers of the drugs we were once addicted to. They don't understand the ecigs, and they don't take them seriously. They also don't realize how dangerous their actions are, because they have been using a legal, and lethal, addiction themselves. Once they have seen your success, and your improved health (trust me, it does not take long before you will actually LOOK healthier as well as BEING healthier), they may ask you for advice on making the jump, too.

You will have some coughing issues, maybe, and some congestion issues, but eventually they will subside as you move forward. Your new, good health is great reward for what you have done for yourself.

Welcome to our world.

I personally can't stand to be around analogues ..... So I would not have even been there... Yah its true after all those years I was stinking up the place and poisoning myself and others around me I have become an ... when it comes to cig, pipe or cigar smoke around me... Truly they smell just horrible to me. Congrats keep up the good work for yourself..

Good on you for sticking to your guns!:) It'll definitely get easier...very quickly! And soon you'll find yourself not even wanting to be around a "regular" since they smell, etc.

So yeah, give yourself a BIG pat on the back for your resilience! The most important thing is that you said "Goodbye!" to all the deadly crap in analogs, and "Hello!" to a much better choice. And for that, we love you.:)

moon congrats on 4 days smoke free! Keep it up. It gets better each day. I am over 2 months analog free.
I only wish I had started on ecigs years ago. I think of the years I could have added to my life. Don't let your friends tempt you with analogs. You just convert them over to ecigs. How could you not want to vape when it takes all the carcinogens out of the picture ? Every time you feel that urge to smoke, just vape. Hang in there and keep in vaping.
