4072 -Atomizer Gurggling out of the box - Prefilled Cartridges

Hey guys. Very informative forum.

Recently I bought a super mini. Immediatly replaced it for the 4072 which I arrived today, and I can already tell I'm much happier with it.

My one problem, really quick:

Right out of the box it's been gurggling from the first inhale. I've read that this happens when you flood the atty when you drip. I'm using cartridges straight out of the box however. Could I be going through a priming stage, or should I be worried and try and clean it asap?

I have used many RN4072's over the course of the last year and a half and the noise you are hearing is totally normal. The RN4072 is a tighter draw and most of them make a gurggling noise, flooded or unflooded. The gurggle is obviously much more pronounced when the atomizer is flooded.

Just remember that performance of an atomizer goes to production and not sound, so do not concern yourself with it. The RN4072 is a tried and true unit.
