i was over 30 cigs a day and started to vap 3 + weeks ago i have lite one smoke since and have put it out because it did not taste good to me anymore my cherry tabbaco juice does the job, the trick is find a juice you luv and like me the urge to lite a real smoke fades away because you get what you need from the vap and the juice is so injoyable that my urge has completly faded, i have also found that trying new juice is a fun and tastleful adventure lol keep it up thats great that you r 23 smokes less a day way to go.

Welcome.

I was a 3 pack a day smoker and smoked for over 40 years. I slowly weened down over a period of 4 to 5 months before giving up the cigarettes, and have been over 2 weeks without one.

The trick is to find a rig that gives you a consistant and satisfying enough hit. For me it is the ProVari and cartomizers.

You are doing good so far so just keep going in the right direction.

Wow-that's an amazing story! Congrats. As a 20yr+ cigar smoker who has been vaping now for 3 years, I have found that my tastes have shifted to preferring vaping. I mix my own eliquid and use natural tobacco extraction to make ejuice that keeps me liking vaping. I extract from cigars themselves, and one cigar provides me with enough concentrate flavoring for about a year of vaping. You might want to try NETs made from cigarettes to complete your transition.

Even without that though, your transition is quite astounding!

Welcome to vaping. I smoked a pack or more a day for 42 years. Tried all the patched gums and even hypnosis. Nothing worked. A friend at work showed me his Ecig and I bought one the next weekend. I took me only 4 days to fully migrate to Ecigs only. That was 3 years ago. This varies for a lot of folks so don't be worried if you still have a regular cig once in a while when first converting. It's perfectly normal. I still enjoy vaping tremendously. I currently save over $2,000.00 over what it would be costing me to smoke analog cigarettes. I feel better physically, don't get winded and don't smell like a stale ashtray. I credit vaping with saving my life and not dyeing from a related illness.
