So, some members have an asterisk next to their user status. Let's fill this thread and see who's been ambiguously tagged for unknown reasons until the moderators can explain what the big secret is. Whenever questioned as to why someone has this mysterious mark, a moderator/admin skirts the issue with no explanation.

So, c'mon y'all, check in with your asterisk until the reason for this mystery has been revealed.

I've had my asterisk for over 2 years. How long have you been tagged?

As an idea, if the asterisk is a good thing, can I have more?

I can certainly debunk that myth. I'm often mistaken for Matthew McConaughey (Time Magazine's Sexiest Man of the Year 2009), and I have an IQ in the ranks of Mensa qualification.

It has been stated by management that the asterisk is not connected to any wrongdoing. So, I'm just itching to know what the correlation is.

I figured this thread would serve to poke fun at the topic, and if enough buzz is generated, possibly uncover the cause of the asterisk.

As I have been using my aluminum VW bottomfed box for a year without naming it, it's name is, now, Asterisk. It's not for sale tho. Sorry.

It doesn't have anything to do with getting spanked cause Ive had a few whacks on the knuckles from the mods. So that's not it. I still think its all about looks and intelligence Dougieststyle can say what he likes but the big glaring asterisk says it all;-)
