Congrats!!!! and Welcome to the club!!! Its nothing but good things from here trust me! I was a smoker for 15 years, havent had a smoke in 3-4 months and its great! The only downside you will notice is that when you do hang around a smoker, you will notice how HORRIBLE they smell smoking analogs....I for the life of me never though I smelled that bad!!! lol

No a huge ordeal to a lot of you folks, but to me - it's huge. I haven't had an analog in exactly 48 hours from right now  and that's one heck of an accomplishment for me considering it's the longest I've gone for over 20 yrs without one !!!!

Great news and a great accomplishment for sure. Keep at it and before you know it, a month will have gone by. I'm proud of you because I know how hard it is to give up tobacco.

Congrats and it is a big deal. Sounds like the start of another success story and you'll notice improvements in lots of ways very quickly. 36+ years for me and now just about to hit the 2 month mark without any analogs and believe me when I tell you that if you have gone 48 hours then you are done so either toss or put those analogs away - for good.

We are all here to support one another so if you have any problems or doubts, just let us know and we'll keep you clean!

It was a huge ordeal for most of us, or at least a reason to celebrate, so no reason to be shy about it.
Just because we stuck to it (most, and if not, no prob to start again) does not mean we forgot those days. (Heck, its not as if it was that far back for me, anyway.)
Me, I did celebrate it when my ticker counter jumped to four digits on not smoked analogs. I visualized those 1000 - and I was mightily shocked and mighty glad. Hey, and that isn't that far away for you, either.

:) You know - I am completely blown away with the support I'm getting from here. There are very few that don't smoke that can truly understand what this is like. I honestly didn't even expect to get any replies on my post, but here I am reading 2 pages of kudos and praises - WOW - You guys and girls are awesome and it motivates me even more.

I can't thank all of you enough. Every time I see a banner where someone hasn't had an analog in X number of days - it encourages me even more !!!

THANK YOU -- THANK YOU --- THANK YOU !!!!!!! :)

Congratulations -- 48 hours analog free is a very big deal, indeed.

In another few days (if not sooner) you will begin to notice physical changes, all beneficial. Your skin should appear cleaner and less dry within 7 days, and if you had a smoker's cough, it will disappear. The cough may be replaced with a different kind of cough due to adjusting to e-cig vapor, or with a cough getting rid of the gunk in your lungs, but you will feel the difference.
