Bought a Air Flow Controller from MadVapes and it has improved the pull on my Kanger Protank by 100%. If you have a Protank and don't enjoy the draw, then pick this up. You won't regret it. I will be buying at least two more. Thought I would pass along a great cheap trick.

I couldn't get your link to work, so I went to madvapes and did a search for "air flow controller," and came up with two, a "tank airflow controller," and an "eGo battery airflow controller." Which one did you get for the Protank? TIA!

The tank Air Flow Controller, screws onto a 510 connection. I initially bought it to save the threads on my Vamo and it just so happens to really improve the Protank.

Thanks, BigGuy! I like the airy draw when I'm vaping menthol, but need a warmer draw for some other flavors. Gonna get me one of those!

EDIT: Just had a thought. I'm using an eGo-C battery (with the thread cover that came with the Protank). So is this still the right controller for my setup? (Can you tell I'm a newbie??)

Just had a thought. I'm using an eGo-C battery (with the thread cover that came with the Protank). So is this still the right controller for my setup? (Can you tell I'm a newbie??)

I think the tank airflow controller would still be what you're looking for. An ego is threaded 510, but it's recessed to take the ego style tanks as well. I don't think the "beauty ring" that comes with the protank would work anymore, but I'm not sure, but for 5 bucks it might be worth a try!

The beauty ring works with the air tank controller, have both on my spinner right now. Doesn't look that bad either.
