5 days later and ms t still hasan't started my order

i know mixing hand to order could get busy. but 5 days and still havent even started mixing. why would she let herself get that backed up.. anywho i really hope this juice lives to it's hype otherwise i would not be a satisfied customer
edit. the juice i order is snickerdoodle cookie and bannana foster coffee
