5 days with the Ego

I got my PV on Monday, which was the last day that I smoked analogs.
First, the good news. I love this thing. My sweetie/meanie has his own Ego, which I explained the basics, told him about the forum and to watch some youtube. I don't think that he's done anything except charge a battery once a day and drop some juice into a cart. He plays World Of Warcraft, so he's happy to vape inside while playing but kept walking out on the porch on breaks, it's a cigarette thing. I used the noise normally reserved for small animals, it worked, and he went back to the comp and just vaped.
My best friend tried my PV for under 5 minutes on a lunch break, blew a smoke ring and asked if I would go over her order that night.

So, all's well, except one small thing. I'm on zero nic juice. I like the ritual of smoking/vaping, not the nic. I might load it up a bit too much or the cart might not fit tight. I've often had liquid leak around where the cart meets the atty and sometimes a small amount on the inside of the Ego cone. I've not flooded an atty. It's not a big deal, I quess.

I just need to order more juice.

Even us oldies overload, or in my case drip too often) now and then---just keep some paper towels around.

Congrats on 5 Days smoke free.

Leaks are not too big a deal as you get used to it and learn your PV it will become less common. At least for me it has worked that way.

Congrats, the EGO is a great choice. I still walk out to the porch to vape too, its just part of the ritual I guess. We will see if that holds true all through the NY winter though

I found myself walking to the door and then wondering what I was doing once I got then only to laugh at myself once I realized I was going to smoke and did not know it, nor did I want to. I also found myself looking for a lighter several times only to realize I had my PV and not a cigg. Hehehe, so funny waht our minds are capable of. Congrats on the Ego!

The first week I vaped, I would go sit in my chair in the garage where I smoked a few times a day. It helped a lot with the cravings for a regular cig. I don't have to do that anymore; it's heaven being able to vape in the house!

Pretty close, except I learned it from my Southern grandmother.
