5+ mls A Day, How Much Do You Vape?

I am using 2-4ml/day. I was a solid PAD for approx 22 years or so. I am using 18-24mg juice.

I never smoked in the house or at work. Now I do it in house, at work, in car, at little bit here, a little there. It's amazing how vaping really changes how you operate your daily life. For so many years I would always be thinking about how and when I would get my next smoke. I'm not rushing out of the house all the time to smoke anymore and my garage smells nice and clean. My car smells much better but needs a good once over!

Welcome, Endosidney, I was a PAD "lights" for 30 years, cut down to half PAD last year and now vaping. Used to buy cigs by the case, now I want to buy juice by the liter! Are you sure you're only doing 4ml, if you're vaping everywhere? Congrats on switching!

3-4 mil when I drip w/ 510 LR atty. 5-6 w/ cartos. I waste lots of juice with cartos because 1) I always lose some jucie when I fill them and 2) they only last me a couple of days before they dont taste/draw to my satisfaction and I pitch them (usually full).

About 1.5 mls a day, but I only smoked 5-6 cigarettes a day. Definitely vaping more than I smoked -- tastes so much better. I don't think the nicotine level in e-liquids compares directly to the level in cigs. I've had to keep upping my level. Started at 6 mg, now up to 18 mg.

Keys, I stayed away from cartos so as not to waste juice and money (couldn't see myself spending $1.50 on cartos each day), but they are so much easier. I'm on carts. Hi to Jimmy Buffett!

Zebadee, I'm going other direction, lowering nic towards 6. Ditto on nic levels, I feel the absorption is also different between vaping and analogs, vaping is slower but still accumulates, analogs instant.

keifer, I have two packs left of my last analog purchase months ago - my ultimate security blanket. What if the power goes out, equipment failure, act of God, couldn't find a cab, tux didn't come back from the cleaners (Blues Bros)?

fright88, you might try 6-8 mg first? I'm between 6 & 11 mg, problem is the body's not ready. When I vape 6 mg, I double the volume. There's DIY forum on ECF for tips if you go that way.

Yeah I've been reading there a bit. I think I have a recipe I will try will probably try it with 0 mg since that is what my mom vapes and if I don't like it I will vape 11 or whatever I can mix.

I've been vaping for about two months. I smoke 2 pks of Winston / day. I only use 1-2 ml / day. Just tried some Cinnamon Red Hot juice and think that might become 10ml/day now. That stuff is GOOD. Using 24 nic exclusively.

1-3ml depending on the day. I would probably vape more but don't at work (ps any tricks on stealth vaping at work?? I share an office that's pretty open). On weekends I get all giddy because I can vape all day! I vape between 6mg-18mg depending on my mood.

LadyLynx (cool cat), I read 1. people hold it in until it disappears 2. exhale into coffee with a straw 3. stealth juice that gives no vapor but you get nic and flavor. Haven't tried it myself.

2-3 mls a day...18mg on a ego-t 1000mah pass with ego tank. Good juice (coconut twist or cotton candy) then we might push 4 mls. Yummy!!!!

With my job I physically cannot vape the majority of the work day. During the day I do get some time here and there. I vape before and on the way to work, during lunch, and on the way home from work. When I get home from work and through the evening I do the majority of my vaping. As far as I can tell its about 3-4ml/day.

I don't know exactly yet how much juice I'm actually using, but I know I vape more than I smoked. I think one reason is because it's so easy just to grab it and take a hit. No lighters or anything to deal with.

i have no idea how many ml's i vape a day (i should bother to check some day huh?), but i do know that whatever it is, it's a heluva lot cheaper than analogs. hey, justaguy, cheap = mixing your own, right? i regularly browse the vendors for sales on pg & vg & my xl c2's (just lucked out with crazy sale at vaperite, what were up to $13 for 5 i got for $5 for 5- awesome!!), but when it comes to the flavorings i buy what i like best. ....3 months today analog-free {patting self on back}

Now I vape 2-3ml a day tops...

I cannot begin to imagine how people can vape 2x / 3x more then that

I vape at work, at home, in the car, anywhere and everywhere

I dunno how much I vape, but I DO vape a LOT LOL. at least when I'm home :0). I work in a prison so I can't vape at work and with all the OT I do, I probably dont' vape anywhere NEAR as much as I think I do.

Messa, I feel opposite, it was much easier with analogs for me, grab a pack and a lighter, maybe 'cause I'm doing the 3-pc 510. Charge batts, clean attys, charge batts, clean attys...I have this "command center" parked with batts, carts and attys, don't know how I'd take it all to my mom's when I visit. But, anything to save my lungs.

user, as I said earlier, I'm shopping for liter bottles!

iloozyun, remote pad in back for you, 3-month for me too, I mixed 0 mg juice with high nic juice, but that's as far as I go. I calc costs by the ml, so bottle size doesn't matter, usually volume is cheaper. At this point, if I can get per ml < 20 cents, I'm a happy vapor. I'm tired of even mixing, so I'm hunting for 1 liter premixed.

xirokx, we seemed to have agreed here that low nic = more juice, higher nic = less juice. Either that or you have VERY efficient juice and PV. Good for you.

Taniger1, I estimated based on my 15 ml mixing bottle, 1/3 gone in a day. Whew!

oooh coffee with a straw...the hardest part of stealth vaping will actually be drawing the vapor, must find a tiny PV to hide in my sleeve/bra/pants!
