I think I vape about 2-6 ml at 12mg/ml nicotine a day ... I was a PAD (pack a day) smoker ... but if you plan to order liquid on a monthly basis ... you might want to consider getting unflavored base and getting some flavoring to mix in ... some people do have ADV (all-day-vape), but most people like to switch up flavors either on a daily basis or, like me, even several different flavors thru the day.

I was a heavy pipe smoker and a 2+ PAD cigarette smoker. I have lowered my nicotine level down to 6mg/L from 18mg/L and plan on 5ml/day. I grab 5, 30ml bottles a month and it lasts me about a week after I get my replacements, giving them a chance to infuse a bit before I hiot them. Hope this helps. Good luck and have fun!

When you are starting out it is a good idea to buy a number of small sample bottles. And try to buy a few more than you think you may need to start. There will be flavors that you just downright will not like and flavors that do not taste good for the first couple of weeks because they need to steep. Steep means to sit and be shaken about once every few days for a period for the flavors to meld together and mature. So if you think you will vape 5ml a day buy an extra couple of samples per week. Some may be good day one, some maybe not until week 3. Some maybe never, these you trade.

About 5-6 ml per day for me.

I have been pretty much a single flavor vapor. I do not usually change during the day or from day to day, but be aware that your taste can change suddenly. I can vape one flavor for 2-4 months, then one day, that just isn't the flavor I want anymore.

I keep a few bottles of 3-4 different flavors on hand and know that one of them will probably be what I want.

It took a year a two to learn this, but obviously we are each different and you will need to find your own path.

Your body will tell you how much you need to vape, based upon the concentration of nicotine in the liquid and the power of the individual vapes. If you were smoking strong cigarettes, start out with 24 mg/ml and if you were doing lights, 18 mg/ml. I came to vaping from pipes and cigars and use about 6 ml of 24 mg/ml per day. If I cut back to 18 mg/ml, that goes up to about 8 ml/day.

I hadn't been vaping a week before I ordered a liter bottle (1,000 ml) of unflavored 24 mg/ml e-liquid as 50% PG, 50% VG, with some flavorings to add to it, and some 30 ml dropper bottles, to DIY. I have some $15-20 bottles of commercial e-liquid, but I drip those as a treat. Can't afford to vape those constantly.

This will be pretty much trial and error.... Some days you will use more than others. Just start building yourself up a good supply and before you know it you'll be looking for a place to store all of your juice. I don't go crazy on different flavors... I have a few favorites that I order frequently and keep well stocked. Try Mt Baker.... Their prices are very good.... $4.99 for a 15ml bottle and for every $15 purchase they send you a free 15ml sample. You can even request what flavor you would like the sample to be and if they have it in stock they will send it. They also allow you to customize your juice quite a bit... PG/VG ratio.... nicotine percentage... add extra flavor shots.... Take a look around the web site and I'm sure you'll find some you'd like to try. They have nearly 300 flavors now I think. Good luck!! :toast:

presently I am consuming about 2 ml a day but that is due to the 30+ ml/mg nic level. If I use the lower nic level juice ( 24 and lower) I vape about 3-4 ml a day. I also have found that when I use my ProTank, I use less than I would have if I had the RSST on the tube. Than again, the RSST does produce about 3 times the vapor than the ProTank.

I can take a huge hit or two off my 0.5Ω micro coil every 10-15 minutes and not crave. Helps for getting work done. OTOH, if I use a 2.0Ω carto with the same nic concentration, I'm vaping almost constantly. Either way, the juice consumption over time is about the same. Fewer huge hits or more "standard" hits--the body gets the nicotine it wants.

As others have said it depends a lot on your habits and setup. Make sure to buy some extras but don't over do it on the high nicotine stuff. You don't want to start dropping your nic levels and end up with a a bunch of higher level liquids you won't ever use. I tend to get bigger amounts of my favorite and small bottles of swap-out flavors in lower nic levels.

I usually go through 3-5 ml a day of 6mg/ml juice. When I started it was closer to 3 of 24mg/ml. I tend to go through more in a day now since I switched to dripping and variable voltage since I burn it a little hotter than before. On the weekends I swap in some 0 nic and sometimes burn through close to 10 in a day from constant vaping.

I smoked around 1-2 packs of Marlboro Lights a day depending on my stress level. I switch it up between 3 and 4 tanks during the day and have had trouble figuring out how much I vape. I'm guessing around 4-5ml of 12mg nic/day. I stopped smoking 4 weeks ago so I'm still relatively new to vaping. I had to go outside to smoke, I can vape in my room at my desk now. I don't work so my days involve a bit of chain vaping ;). I've just gotten to the point of being able to leave my house for a couple of hours without my PV and not having to worry about it.

Well, it's like this, depending on your gear and the watts you vape at, drastically determines the amount of juice one vapes, plus how much you vape. When using beginner to intermediate gear and vaping between 6-8 watts, I probably only used 5-6 ml of juice a day. Now that I have several rba's and vape at 15-34 watts, depending on which pv I am using, I use more like 13-15ml a day, and sometimes up to 20ml on my days off. To offset my cost I now DIY juice so it's still pretty reasonable. Most vape more like 3-5ml a day. Like said depends on personal preferences, and gear and watts.

Heck, when I was using cig-a-likes, think the most I vaped was 3 ml a day.
