I was hoping for more grapefruit but the dill killed it for me, just so much dill!

One thing I love about Five Pawns though is the massive throat hit, do all their flavors have the killer throat hit of castle long and 64?

Hmmmm... Not to me. What's your nic level?

still have half a bottle of fifth rank. the menthol + lime is what ruined it for me

i didn't get much menthol from it, i'd like the flavor for a while (i love lime) but then after a bit something about the flavor combination was just sickening-i think due to the horehound and being too sweet also

yes, in my opinion the horehound ruined it, just like the dill ruined the fifth rank

One man's subjective opinion, but how long are you letting these liquids rest? When I got my sample pack the Fifth Rank was just.....rank to me, but after a month's rest it was surprisingly, shockingly good. It had significantly improved, with the harsher flavors taking a back seat and the vanilla/cream notes really coming forward to smooth it out. I also noticed the Mixology liquids were bottled far more recently than the Signature liquids, necessitating the rest time even more.:2c:

hmmm...i guess since it was already a month old when i got it i didn't think it would change much with time so i sold it. i guess from now on i'll let stuff sit longer before making that decision.
