5 volt or 3.7?

I have this dollar store, it looks like, hair trimmer for ear and nose hair that would make an absolute wonderful mod. The size and shape are perfect. It holds one AA but in two minutes it could be made to hold two CR123s and it has a mechanical switch which is perfect for a switch. This thing cries out to be modded. Should I make it 5volt or 3.7volt? What do you recommend?

Would a little bundle of 510 batteries (about 4) in parallel fit?
Do you vape 5 volts?
If not design for the 14500 (plus a little length).

3.7v with a correct choice of atty can give you all you need..

2 10440 won't fit. That is a good idea to make it fit either one 14500 or two cr123's. and 5 volts is all most all I vape. I was leaning towards 5volts but just thought I'd get a little help making up my mind. This one will have a recessed and protected cartomizer/atomizer on it.
