Some Info

The liquids are sourced straight from Boge (Dekang)

reviews are encouraged (and can win you a free bottle) as I have not had the chance to try them all.

Choosing registered post is not really necessary on a large (over £30) order as I will use it anyway but I wanted to give customers the option for smaller orders and with the ecommerce solution I use its hard to change the shipping options based on price.
I decide on a case by case basis taking into account repeat orders and confirmed or unconfirmed paypal address

I plan to add more flavours from other manufacturers in the future even where flavours might overlap. Once this happens the manufacturers will be named on each liquid. This is for the future though.

I have empty carts for the DSE084 and DSE901 on order and plan to start a filling service so customers can sample the flavours before they buy. Will probably let people send their own empty carts though would have to be unused.

Any questions feel free to ask.

Also just remembered. Once the 36mg strengths are sold, there gone for good. Boge won't supply anymore.

I thought your checkout process was very good, Gripped And as long as you're selling plastic bottles the polybag packaging's OK.

I wonder if you should make sure that customers know to scroll down the page to view the juices (I didn't venture far looking at other pages). Some people do have to have their hand held

I thought it was a nice website, anyway

Thanks for all your info and for letting us know that your liquids presently come from Dekang. It's always nice to know where they're sourced from . It's also nice to have a new supplier ask us to ask questions, thanks for that too.

Samples would be great, especially as there are so many wonderful flavours in so many strengths! Will you eventually be selling all flavours in all strengths?

I bought a whole load from you the other day as I've been dying to try some flavours that up until now we didn't have in the UK - like Blueberry and a few others. Lightening fast shipping... ordered in the afternoon and received the lot the next morning, well packaged too. Also got several emails letting me know the processing of the order as it went along.

All bottles were full to the hilt which I found impressive too, as sometimes that's not the case with other suppliers.

I haven't yet had a chance to taste all the flavours I got, but so far all of them that I've tried so far seem to have a good strong flavour to them, for instance the Litchi and Grapefruit definitely taste of lychee and grapefruit and are very nice. The Orange and Watermelon are also a bit stronger in taste (and sweeter) than ones I tried from elsewhere, so I'm delighted with those too. We all have different taste buds; others may not like what I like and vice versa.

I agree with Scylla that your site is good too. I like the way you give handy descriptions and tips on using e-cigs, and I like that one can choose to see liquids by either strength or flavour.

Will you by any chance be adding a link to pages of reviews?

I have tried to make it easier to get to what you want by making it possible to list eliquids by strength and by flavour. Could still do with some work though.

The polybags are strong yet thin. Helps with the free shipping. Glass bottles would need much more packaging

ATM reviews just appear on the details page for the liquid reviewed. I'll see if there is a way to show all of them together like I can on the admin console.
