Clay Today: BCC measure regulates sale of e-cigarettes
"GREEN COVE SPRINGS – Clay County became something of a trailblazer at its May 14 County Commission meeting after commissioners passed an ordinance to regulate the sale and use of e-cigarettes.
The Board of County Commissioners voted 4-0 to approve the ordinance. Commissioner Ronnie Robinson was absent.
The ordinance addresses e-cigarettes, also called electronic cigarettes, in several ways, including prohibiting their sale to minors. It would also prohibit using them in all places in the county where smoking is prohibited. "
