Where to get cheap 500 mesh ribbon wire?

Hi,

I'm new into the ribbon wire world. I'm wondering where I can purchase and which ribbon wire to purchase in specific to go with my 500 mesh.

So pretty much need to know where to order in bulk for both mesh & ribbon wire. And which wire works best with a 500 mesh for genesis atomizer.

Kidney Puncher is where I go for most of my rebuilding needs, they have just about everything, High Desert vapes is pretty good too. I would order a few feet of each size and see what works best for you. I only use ribbon for coils that are going on a mech, can't seem to wrap ribbon coils with enough resistance to work on VVs

Vape mesh company? Where did you purchase the 500 mesh? Did they not have wire also? What device are you using?

I haven't purchased the mesh yet. But I want to purchase a 500mesh since it absorbs the quickest based on pbusardo's test.

So now I need to know where to get a 500mesh.
&
What ribbon wire goes well with it.

I have a cheap mechanical mod,
I like my ohm around .7

temcoindustrialpower.com has the cheapest kanthal wire. They will be stocking the ribbon wire very soon, I'm not sure if they have it in stock yet but their prices can't be beat. They have a preorder up now it says they will be shipping in early july for the ribbon.

I found a lot on eBay. They're cheap too. But I just need to know which one to get.

0.4 x 0.1 0.0157 x 0.004 ribbon wire is = to 32 gauge, 0.6 x 0.1 0.0236 x 0.004 is = to 30 gauge

which one is 28gauge?

For a .7Ω coil, you might have to use 28gauge. I've got a 5 wrap 28gauge that's ohms out to 1.2Ω. 5 wraps of 32gauge was around 2.4Ω. This was 400 mesh on an RSST. YMMV

0.8 x 0.1 0.0315 x 0.004=28 gauge round kanthal
