I know that most eGo ac to usb adapters max out at 500 mah. Would a 750mah or 2000mah maximum ac to usb charger be okay to use? Basically, im asking if my chellphone, ipod/ipad ac to usb chargers will work and not damage the battery. Thanks!
I know the 420mA (no 'h' here - milliamps) will fry a 510 battery, so I wouldn't recommend using the higher mA's on the eGo batt. One can use a higher rated wall plug but not the charger itself.
I assume you are actually referring to a 750mA or 2000mA power supply that has a 5V (USB standard) output to feed your eGo charger.
Sure no problem. These things in conjunction with your phone operate the way a Joye USB battery does. They are simply powering an inbuilt charging circuit that monitors the charge.
