Bought some 72mg nicotine, but how many ml would I need to add to make the 50ml bottle 6mg in nicotine strength?

In the middle of mixing now and cant figure the math

Correct. Next time you want to calculate it, you can either search for an online calculator (or someone will come by and recommend one), or you can use this formula:

Amount of nicotine base to add =

[(initial volume) * (target concentration - initial concentration)] ÷ [nicotine base concentration - target concentration]

Your initial volume is 50 ml and initial concentration is 0 mg/ml, so that's:

(50 ml * 6 mg/ml) ÷ (72 mg/ml - 6 mg/ml) = 4.55 ml
