I purchased two of these from Jason at Electro-Nic-Stix (Powered by CubeCart)
and have had no issues whatsoever with either one.
Before I got my passthroughs, I was changing out batteries 5 to 6 times a day. Now with the Passthrough which has a 10440 Li-Ion 360mah battery that has twice the life of the standard 180mah 510 E-cig battery. I don't have to worry so much about dragging along extra chargers and batteries with me every where I go.

I would say your pass through's switch is defective, mine feels really solid and has a nice click feel to it, no problems with it like you are having in the video.
a followup on the passthru... i found out the problem with my switch... i was using an atomizer that was from a seller that shall go unnamed that came with my kit (1 burned out supposedly there is a new one on the way)... i had also bought 1 spare from Jason/Applefreak when i bought this passthru... sooooo i figured id try the passthru with the spare i bought form Jason and VOILA no more switch problems... however this brings up more questions than answers like... ARE THERE 2 TYPES OF 510 ATOMIZERS???

idk but all i know is that once again my product from jason works and product from other sellers uh.. not so much... i am beginning to see a pattern here, but im not tryin to s#i# on any other sellers just my personal experiences... i guess im an electronicstix fanboy

well i cleaned it like 20 times so i doubt it could have been that... another thing to note is the other atomizer gets alot hotter and produces a burnt taste when used with the 510 batteries... i have no idea why but... oh well
i dont think to my knowledge that there are different atty's... check how many holes are on either one.. maybe thats different.. dunno..

no they are both 2 hole versions i have no clue why one gives me the trouble and the other doesn't i don't know enough about whats going on inside the atomizer to even from an educated guess oh well...
all of mine are two hole versions with the same draw... i have no clue why but the 2 atomizers i got from "unnamed" are screwy... the ones i purchased from electronicstix and "another good source" function better with this passthru.... the switch may not work 1 time out of 30 drags but that's not bad to me...
THE BEST THING OF ALL: if im not mistaken this passthru takes the same exact battery as the ruyan e-cigar which you can find for like 6 bucks... and a charger for like 8 i think... i have them both on order and hopefully this will be a permanent power source and replacement batteries will only cost 6 dollars8-o i plan on ordering a couple more of these from Jason as long as he doesn't sell out before pay day! only drawback to this setup is always having a wire... and i suppose no led could be a drawback but i really don't care about lights...gimme the VAPOR!!

maybe you should start carrying replacement batteries for the passthru's "BOX" along with chargers as a little "ultimate passthru combo" or something... i know id buy a couple!

I have this EXACT same problem with two passthroughs that I didn't get from Jason (though mine seem weak when the DO work)... based on your findings, I'm going to have to experiment more...
My USB passthrough from Altsmoke seems to be the same as yours and I too get the button issues. The weird thing is, I only get it when its unplugged and low on batteries. The PT works great when hooked up and when its got a good charge in it.
